Exporting your audit data

If you keep your ultrasound data in Excel or an own database, it is simple to export the required audit data.

The audit file must be in either Excel or text format (also known as CSV). For each scan/fetus, the date of scan, the FMF operator code, the CRL and the NT must be supplied. The first line of the file must contain the names of the columns. In text files, all values must be separated by commas, and each record should start on a new line; dates must be formatted as YYYY-MM-DD.
The column names should be the same as shown in this example:

        US Date,FMF code,CRL (mm),NT (mm)
        2008-04-18,76120,63.9,1.7
        2008-04-18,76120,47.3,2.3
        2008-04-20,76120,71.2,1.0
        2008-04-21,76120,68.0,3.5

In most cases, your required audit data will be from the past year only. If you cannot specify a date range, the audit analysis will automatically extract data from the last year.
